If you're upgrading an existing copy of Diet Sleuth, be sure to read the Upgrading file for complete instructions on how to upgrade your copy. Be sure to save a copy of your log files before upgrading, in case something goes wrong.
To run Diet Sleuth, simple double click on the Diet Sleuth Icon (the magnifying glass).
To register your copy of Diet Sleuth, run the Register program by double clicking it.
The complete Diet Sleuth instructions are located in the Documentation folder. You normally should not need to access files in the other folders, they are for Diet Sleuth's own internal use. You may want to periodically make a backup copy of the Logs and Custom folders, which contain information you have entered into Diet Sleuth. That way, should your files become corrupted, you can restore the information without entering it in again.
